"I am disappointed with the management at this dance studio. During one visit, I personally witnessed a young student sitting at the counter using inappropriate language toward a teacher, yet the teacher did not correct or address the behavior. This gave the impression that disrespectful conduct was being tolerated. On another occasion, after my child had finished class and we were leaving, the same student, already wearing her backpack, pushed past my child and rushed downstairs without any consideration. I found this behavior to be very rude and unsafe. As a parent, I believe a dance school should not only focus on teaching dance skills but also help students develop good manners, discipline, and respect for others. I hope the management will take greater responsibility in guiding students' behavior rather than simply providing lessons."

"Poor management. I contacted the dance centre to arrange for a trial class for my daughter. They changed the time slot but did not notify me. I only found out about the change in time slot after I have arrived at the dance centre. Waste of my time!"
